　　What you will be doing

　　Serve as solution provider to Global Pharma Services department by utilizing data to measure the impact of patient access services on brand performance and the influence on how prescribers and patients gain access to therapy. Combine knowledge of business data with comprehensive analytics experience to develop and enable data and analytics strategies that drive value for customers, offer value-added and actionable insights to customers based on process improvement initiatives undertaken by Operational teams. Guide the operational teams on addressing data quality challenges and gaps through implementing analytics best practices. Serve as Voice of Customer to drive the roadmap and evolution of data and analytic assets within Global Pharma Services. Engage with end business users to analyze business, reporting, and analytics needs, and recommend solutions to meet those needs. Prepare and develop executive business reviews, including during analysis finding and strategic planning discussions. Develop analytics best practices across programs with other stakeholders, including how to interpret and understand data, and how to best integrate data. Assist in the design of comprehensive strategy for analytics and deliverables, including advanced analytics, reports, data integration, program standard operating procedure and system design. Analyze analytics needs, prepare analytics reports, and collaborate to share best practices. Utilize analytics tools including Tableau, PowerBI, SQL Server, and QlikView.

　　What your background should look like

　　Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Analytics, or a related field. Must have 5 years of experience assessing analytics needs, developing analytics solutions, and validating analytics designs; 3 years of experience developing analytics prototypes for client solutions; and constructing models for quantitative analysis; 2 years of experience applying business processes to data architecture, models, and hierarchies; using 2 or more of the listed analytic tools - Tableau, PowerBI, SQL Server, and QlikView to perform

　　data exploration and develop visualizations for data storytelling; and with Healthcare Pharmaceutical analyzing healthcare datasets, advising on systems and data design, developing and sharing insights from the data. *This position is 100% remote.
