We are the Americas Central Business Operations (BizOps) Team. We are trusted strategic advisors who drive transformation for the Americas COO and Distribution organizations. Our mission is to bring collaborator value by leading & program managing Americas-wide initiatives to drive efficiency, consistency, and scale across the business. We actively engage with our Strategy & Cross-Functional partners to effectively enable knowledge and standard methodology sharing, proactively identify process inefficiencies, and build new or optimize existing operating standards at scale. We are conductors who orchestrate organizational change management and drive our communication & PMO strategy. We are a hard-working team that operates as one cohesive unit.
Role Responsibilities:
In our role, we lead & execute on 4 key pillars:
PMO Americas-Wide Initiatives: Serve as PMO on Americas-wide initiatives. R&R encompasses everything from building and owning detailed project plans, liaising with the right collaborators at the right time to ensure smooth project execution, and crafting communications (both org-wide and intimate settings) to drive overall alignment.G4G PMO & Execution: PMO & Drive G4G execution across the Americas BU/OUs. Create simple, scalable, and innovative business tools & processes to optimize G4G execution. Serve as bridge between sales strategy & key collaborators (Global PMO, GTM, G4G Workstream teams). Own Strategy-tailored communications to keep collaborators abreast of key action items, achievements, and general updates.BU/OU Process Improvement: Facilitate cross-functional and cross-BU/OU engagement and collaboration. Conduct initial scoping, understand current state challenges and problems, build simple and actionable plans to streamline processes, and create active feedback loops. Champion best practice and knowledge sharing.Culture & Community Champion: Lead Americas-wide culture initiatives by serving as culture & community ambassadors to driving meaningful cross-OU engagement. Encourage "across the aisle" teamwork & collaboration both in-person and virtually. Show up with our values and champion recognition, team bonding, and fun
Minimum Requirements:
4+ years of professional experience in consulting, sales strategy, business operations, or other similar rolesProject Management: You have experience managing complex projects end-to-end; from inception to design to execution and ultimately, impactProactive & Unapologetic Doer: You demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and bias towards action to deliver tangible business impactOwnership Approach: You have a "Get It Done" approach and show up ready to roll up your sleeves and find creative solutions to ambiguous challengesEffective Communicator: You are effective in both written and verbal communication; You understand that over-communicationSwiss Army Knife Abilities: You have strong analytical, presentation, modeling, and problem solving skills. You are able to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craft high quality project plansTechnical Skills (Required): Strong Google Sheets / Google Slides (or Microsoft-equivalent) skills
Preferred Requirements:
Familiarity with CRM and Salesforce reportingTechnical Skills (Preferred): Familiar with BI Tools (SQL, Tableau, Python)

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $106,200 to $146,000.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
