  Salesforce Data Cloud is a fast-growing product in Salesforce. Data Cloud, our flagship innovation, harnesses the power of real-time data to reimagine the Customer 360, enabling businesses to create awe-inspiring customer interactions at scale. Salesforce is looking for a Senior Sales Strategy Analyst to support the Data Cloud organization, and play a crucial role in the success of this product and team.

  Overview of the Role

  As part of a high-performance, fast-paced, and collaborative team, your role will encompass all aspects of running a successful sales organization, which includes GTM (Go-To-Market) planning, growth strategy, sales forecasting, business operations, and data evaluation and analysis. You will work with sales leadership and cross-functional partners to provide a 360° view of the business and drive executive-level recommendations and tools that directly impact an industry-leading Sales team in the Data Cloud Operating Unit.

  Successful candidates will be able to use data to drive insights, provide strategic recommendations, build scalable assets, and guide the charge on execution and organizational change. You will have the opportunity to combine intuition for business, innovative inquiry, insights from sales leaders, and curiosity to accomplish meaningful work to uncover trends and identify insights that deliver impact across the organization.

  Sample projects and results range from evaluating worldwide market opportunities, building a scalable reporting infrastructure, supporting the creation of the product growth strategy, market segmentation, sales pipeline and key performance metric reviews.

  These teams play a meaningful role in supporting sales leadership at the fastest ever growing Enterprise software company!

  Responsibilities

  Evaluate ongoing business performance against growth targets to support daily operationsDefine, design, and interpret key performance metrics to deliver insights and recommendations Triage and troubleshoot operational issues and optimize infrastructure/systems/processes for scaleSupport extensive GTM planning process and pivotal initiatives through capacity planning, efficiency, review, market segmentation, quota/incentive design, and moreCollaborate cross-functionally with finance (budget, headcount planning), recruiting (hiring profile, seasonality), field enablement/programs, Employee Success, etc.Develop and deliver presentations for senior executives

  Preferred Skills

  Experienced. 5+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or other related fields.

  Analytical. Exceptional data analysis skills, including attention to detail and ability to manage various data points to achieve a common goal.

  Technically Savvy. Experience with Tableau, Google Sheets, SQL

  Flexible & Nimble. Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment, delivering with accuracy while managing deadlines.

  Multi-Tasker. Ability to understand broader business and financial issues, juggle multiple projects and tasks, and communicate across various project stages and departments.

  Organized. Proven project execution skills with a strong desire to document best practices and process improvements. Ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize accordingly.

  Education. Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

  For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $111,800 to $153,700.

  For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $102,500 to $140,900.

  For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $111,800 to $153,700.

  Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
