Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Primary objective of this role is to support execution and delivery of ROI Engine projects
This role will own ROI Engine deliverables for a subset of Canada brands & Retailers to measure media performance, provide actionable insights and identify optimization opportunities
Your Impact
As Sr. Analyst - ROI Engine/Marketing Analytics your responsibilities would consist of:
Data mapping: (being informed, making decisions, providing consultation, executing actions) Map data for modeling according to business requirements Data collection: (being informed, making decisions, providing consultation, executing actions)Partner with Data Engineering, media agencies/partners, internal Media teams and Finance to ensure all executed data is captured for modeling. Understand and manage data flow between all key providers including media agency/partners, finance, cross-functional measurement teams and media/marketing teams. Data validation: (making decisions, providing consultation, executing actions)Validate collected and processed data against original data sources, troubleshoot issues and discrepanciesValidate collected and processed data against business requirements, troubleshoot issues and discrepancies Model validation: (making decisions, providing consultation, executing actions) Partner with Data Science team for iterative modeling, provide feedback and guidance on model results Powerpoint deck development: (making decisions, providing consultation, executing actions) Partner with Data Engineering to create slides with model results and add insights Ad-hoc analysis: (being informed, making decisions, providing consultation, executing actions) Analize model results to provide data-informed insights to stakeholders
Who Are We Looking For?
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree Required Experience:At least 4+ years of experience in quantitative analytics and/or data analysisExperience in marketing modeling mix or analytics media experience Nielsen profiencyEnglish profesional levelMarketing analytics or MMM experience
Skills:
Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate information and data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations Solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once delivering strong, detailed execution Data visualization skills Self-starter, able to work independently and build connections with key stakeholders on projects Ability to collaborate with others for a better solution Strong written and verbal communication skills
