Overview
Edwards Lifesciences Czech Republic is looking for a Senior Analyst, Medical Affairs (TMTT) who will perform medical reviews, medical information services and scientific content management within Medical Affairs. This role supports planning and manages the implementation and follow-up on Education Grant Projects as well as Investigator Initiated/Sponsored Trial programs within Medical Affairs in the EMEACLA region.

You will make an impact by:
Performing medical affairs marketing materials reviews – providing timely, accurate feedback and approval of promotional/educational materials in accordance with the relevant codes of medical practice and company standard operating procedures and guidelines
Monitoring literature and providing updates: performing periodic searches to monitor and evaluate emerging literature in the field of atrioventricular valve disease and TMTT therapy; provide overviews on demand
Replying to external and internal medical information requests - providing accurate, relevant, timely information to all stakeholders
Fostering strong collaboration and information exchange between Medical Affairs and other business units (Sales, Marketing, Clinical)
Managing scientific content library & medical information e-tools (Medical Information portal)
Education Grant process management and IIT/IST program maintenance & development
Assisting the institution in trial initiation and implementation, maintaining contact with key institutional departments
Maintaining internal documentation in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and other internal regulations for agency/internal auditing
Ensuring close follow-up on progress of clinical studies supported by Edwards Lifesciences
Preparing monthly reports, enrollment/progress reports
Assisting in the Grant Application Review Committee meetings, set up the monthly agenda & prepare minutes
Assisting during scientific discussions, protocols reviews, supports scientific exchange meetings (e.g. Advisory boards)
What you’ll need:
Master's Degree/PhD/PharmD in related field, 5 years of previous related experience (Medical/Pharma field, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance or similar)
Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel
Fluent English required (also presenting in English)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment, team player
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and functions where appropriate (Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, internal and external HCPs)
Strict attention to detail
Ability to travel – approx. 20 %
