Why choose the Manufacturing Early Career Development Program?
Participants have the opportunity to develop strong manufacturing and engineering knowledge as well as build relationships through exposure to challenging assignments and diverse experiences. Participants will gain valuable experience in a highly regulated medical manufacturing setting that manufactures and distributes healthcare products to a broad range of healthcare customers. The program is designed to give participants knowledge of both technical engineering and leadership capabilities.
Participants will complete a 12-month assignment within a team at a manufacturing site. Roles will be determined based on business need and may include:
