Key Responsibilities:

　　• Lead test efforts in collaboration with project teams to determine requirements, designs and dependencies, including automation and help developing a robust test strategy.

　　• Lead and create testing artifacts such as test plans, test requirements and test data and capable of working on large complex projects with straightforward testing requirements for new and existing applications.

　　• Design and develop automation processes for all incoming automation test requests.

　　• Develop, maintain, execute, review and enhance comprehensive test plan and test cases to cover functional and non-functional tests (e.g., performance, load and volume tests, security).

　　• Develop a proper automation framework and platform, to code test scripts from scratch or modify existing scripts based on relevant test cases.

　　• Lead the business testers for user acceptance testing and ensuring both functional and automation testing are effective while meeting defined standards.

　　• Provide knowledge transfer to the support team.

　　Education and Experience:

　　• Bachelor's Degree in in computer science or related field, 5 years years experience of experience Required or

　　• Master's Degree or equivalent in in computer science or related field, 3 Years years experience of related experience Required.

　　Additional Skills:

　　• Experience working in complex, matrixed and global business environment.

　　• Experience managing small to medium IT projects.

　　• Experience in creating test harnesses and performance testing and/or automation.

　　• Experience with FDA guidelines for Software Quality and Systems Validation required.

　　• Experience with Good Manufacturing/Good Documentation Practices (GxP) processes required.

　　• Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite.

　　• Strong documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.

　　• Full knowledge of relevant computing platforms and automated testing tools.

　　• Full knowledge on Edwards software applications, including business use.

　　• Full knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies, including test automation and performance testing and other specialist areas.

　　• Full knowledge of Test Management Process.

　　• Knowledge of and adherence to related procedures (e.g., Cybersecurity procedures related to IT systems, manufacturing equipment or product software).

　　• Strict attention to detail.

　　• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.

　　• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.

　　• Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the organization on contracts or projects.

　　• Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
