The Enterprise Risk Services (ERS) Advisory team is an internal consultingteam providing a risk-based approach to improving processes, runningprojects, and managing risks, at the enterprise level. The Project Manager will work as part of a team and is expected to effectivelycontribute to individual work streams. This role provides excellent exposureto the DaVita executive level team, as this function reports directly to theBoard of Directors.
Engagement Management: Accountable for direction and oversight of engagementphases through:Assigning roles and responsibilities for team members based on skillsets anddevelopmental areas. Performing or delegating work to be performed during eachphase.Establishing working relationship with business partners to facilitateengagement discussions and alleviate delays that may occur with meeting ordocumentation requests to the business.Setting engagement objectives, scope and timelinesProviding written and verbal updates to team and ERS leadership.Reviewing work completed by Staff or Seniors, providing coaching notes tocorrect errors or omissions in work reviewed.Leading partner meetings to communicate objectives, scope and timelines andinforming business partners on findings and progress through PowerPointpresentations, video conferencing or in-person communications.Applies good project management practices to ensure engagements meetcommitments and can apply learnings to advise on partner projectsSupervisory responsibilities related to engagement projects including:Providing project performance reviews.Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to project team members.Coordination of project team capacity and workload.Internal Team Support:Oversight and direction of team initiatives / objectives includingcommittees covering topics such as event planning, special projects todevelop future processes, performing quality assurance reviews of completedprojects, supporting internal software and others initiatives.Interviewing potential candidates and overseeing onboarding of new teammates.

Salary/ Wage Range$62,200.00-$91,300.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including acandidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and mayfall outside of the range shown.
