About the Role:
As Adobe Analytics Developer, individuals will be responsible for leveraging Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Experience Platform to deliver actionable insights and drive business outcomes. The individual will work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain all the data collection reports and dashboards to support key business decisions. It will manage data capture implementation, lead the production of dashboards, do deep dives to create actionable insights, and help use data assets to inform future product enhancements. Will be working with different Adobe tools to collect, enrich, sanitize data and also integrate the other third party beacons with Launch
What You'll Do: Strong technical and critical thinking skills in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, AEP, Adobe Target as well as the ability to translate business needs and requirements into product analytics implementationsProvide strategic approaches to data collection and data usage, to align with achieving the client's business needs and priorities. Support business discovery sessions and help guide business requirements and key performance indicators Strong understanding of web analytics and data analysis techniques, such as SQL, & API, and ability to analyze large and complex data sets, draw insights and make recommendations to drive business outcomesExpert knowledge on Adobe Analytics implementation including experience with data warehousing, segmentation, and report buildingConfigure, Integrate and test data collection plugins and rules on Adobe LaunchDesign, Develop data Schemas, field groups for different data sets in Adobe Experience PlatformCreate rules to collect data from custom data layer and provide better user experience on the following visits or on the same session Develop Adobe Target campaigns and new development for site optimizationDefine Architecture for Multi tenant tag management system and data aggregation for multiple systems to make a unified user profileWhat You'll NeedBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field or a combination of education and equivalent experienceMinimum of 5+ years of Data Analytics experience with Adobe tools Hands on experience in HTML, Java script and CSS4+ years of previous experience working with Adobe Analytics or similar tools, tag management systems, and data layersHands on experience with Adobe Launch, create rules, data elements and configure extensionsAdobe Experience Platform WebSDK experience is a big plusCreate data schemas, fields groups in AEP to create and save consolidated user profile and integrate with multiple systems like Adobe Analytics, Target, RTCDP to store the same A strong understanding of digital marketing, customer behavior, and website performance metrics 3+ years working with A/B testing and site personalization efforts, preferably leveraging Adobe Target as a platformA solid grasp of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practicesStrong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to communicate and closely partner with colleagues in several different business functions#LI-SK1
