Key job responsibilities
The Process Lead acts as a subject matter expert for the countries supported such as Brazil and Puerto Rico. Owner of medium complexity activities in benefit adjudication, benefit enrollment/withdrawal, and payroll & vendor reporting. Seeks guidance from other teams and stakeholders to find the best possible solution when confronted with unclear processes and/or unexpected issues. Creates a seamless experience for employees by continuously improving the processes and/or systems.
Case management support (items raised by HRA II)
Escalation management
Process - vendor & payroll reporting (medium complexity)
Process - adjudication (medium to high complexity)
Process - manual enrollment/withdrawal (medium complexity)
Dive deep & troubleshoot unexpected issues
Process improvement enhancements
Identify & share issues on MyBenefits & vendor support
Perform audits and control points (medium complexity)
Communication support (base translation & non MyBenefits delivery)
Participation in projects (related to ES org and BOS processes)
Internal SOP & document maintenance.

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of human resources experience
1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
1+ years of customer service experience
Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field, or High school or equivalent and 1+ years of case management experience
Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of human resources functions experience
Knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems are preferred
Experience with Payroll Systems, HRIS
1+ years working with Brazilian employee population
