Job Description
-Managing a central billing mailbox where internal employees and some clients email to ask questions.
-Working through emails -- based on a procedure -- navigating next steps and proper response or redirection.
-Troubleshooting certain email issues in our Workday system if applicable.
-Strong communication (written and verbal) skills.
-Other tasks or projects as assigned.
Skills and Requirements
-High School Diploma
-2-3 years of experience as Admin Assistant
-Experience working in finance null
