We are seeking a highly skilled and talented Senior Administrative Assistant to support Global Commercialization Leadership (1 SVP, 1 VP) & light support provided to 4 Snr. Directors (on-site meeting support, support for shipping & receiving goods, meeting scheduling for Sr. leader and/or complex large meetings or offsites, T&E Q&A). Global Commercialization 's mission is to deliver programme & project management excellence, agile commercial processes and effective leverage of total PepsiCo resources. The scope of the Global Commercialization team is primarily focused on rapidly developing & deploying PepsiCo's Big Bet innovation & activation programs across all global categories. The leadership team reside in both New York and UK.
Responsibilities
Proactively maintain complex calendars, own the scheduling process for all meetings, and work across PepsiCo organization to resolve scheduling conflictsCoordinate domestic & international travel (visas, air, ground, hotel all logistics)Manage & administer timely and accurate travel and entertainment expense reporting as well as PCard reconciliationFamiliarize yourself and others with T&E/PCard policies and proceduresMaintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in the handling of sensitive and confidential information, as well as with documents.Plan & organize team meetings/events, including correspondence and logistics - may also include shipping of key supplies to team members for meetingMeet & greet candidates, vendors and visitors as needed, ensuring the are set up in the system in advance adhering to local policiesOrganize & maintain files and suppliesManage new hire org announcement distribution, assist with onboarding as needed (limited)Manage monthly birthday and service anniversary postings via the Smiles platformComplete trainings as assigned timely and accurately Support team members of VPs with scheduling of meetings with senior leaders and mailing/shipping of items and samplesAd hoc support and requests as applicable
Qualifications
Required skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years supporting Senior Executives at a multinational corporation preferredProficient knowledge of O365 including Power Point, Excel, Teams, Forms is and the ability and to learn other technologies as needed Ability to multitask and work under pressure, keeping up with shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracyWork independently with minimal supervision

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred Ability to anticipate needs and issues, act accordingly in addition to exhibiting good judgmentPolished communication skills with the proven ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization. Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,400 - $83,100 based on a full-time schedule.Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salaryPaid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
