Responsibilities The Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting will complete and assist with internal and external reporting-related tasks. This position will report to the Manager of Financial Reporting and will be based at Post Holdings, Inc.’s headquarters in Brentwood, Missouri. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the preparation of various external SEC filings such as 10-Ks, 10-Qs and 11-Ks including preparing and organizing supporting documentation as well as drafting and updating financial disclosures Assist in preparation of monthly internal reporting packages Assist in XBRL tagging process for 10-K, 10-Q and various other SEC filings Complete required periodic Government Survey forms Execute and maintain effective SOX controls and documentation Coordinate with internal and external auditors including preparing schedules, providing explanation of supporting materials and procedures and preparing any other data as required Assist in preparation of various other reporting documents including earnings releases, investor presentations and financing documents Special projects as assigned on an ad hoc basis Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s degree in Accounting preferred 2-3 years of experience with Big 4 accounting firm with SEC clients and/or private industry experience with SEC responsibilities CPA certification preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP requirements Strong organizational skills and ability to manage many tasks at once This role is hybrid. Work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. #LI-Hybrid
