Senior Technical Support Rep
If you have an extensive background of electrical & mechanical background and a flair for supporting customers with door challenges, we have the perfect role for you.
4Front is looking for YOU to support our brand new, state of the art facility in Kenosha, WI.
What you will be doing
Assisting customers with questions & troubleshooting technical problems
Processing warranty claims
Following through on replacement part orders & installation
Training customers, dealers & service technicians on high performance door systems
Travelling up to 75%
What we are looking for
Skills & understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
PLC experience a plus
5+ years’ experience in a technical service field - experience with high performance doors preferred
Excellent communication skills to walk technicians through repairs over the phone
Professionalism
Team player
Spanish fluency would be great
