Job Description:
Provide organizational support in the areas of: Labour compliance, Employee relations, Compensation and benefits, Organizational development, Policies procedures, Case management, Merger & Acquisitions and Workforce planning initiatives
Support in drafting country specific HR policies and manuals
Support HRCM in statutory and labour compliance activities
Facilitate employee engagement programs.
Offering country crisis support and managing grievances.
Handle workforce planning activities
Support country HR process, benefit plan administration and production of required country specific documents
Support employee case management and disciplinary procedures
Collaboration with extended HR teams to effectively implement HRCM activities
Maintain excellent relationship management with employees, managers and BU leaders to ensure effective implementation of HR Policies
Support to HRCMs in handling HR Mergers & Acquisitions
Education and qualifications:
Higher education, preferably MBA (HR)/MSW
Additional Information:
Working experience in labor compliance will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good teamwork and relationship-building skills
Very strong people management skills and problem solving skills
Sound knowledge in handling disciplinary cases, terminations, and employee grievances
Experience in HR Mergers & Acquisitions
Self-motivated person who can function with minimal or no supervision, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities whenever required.
Conflict management skills and ability to deal with difficult people.
Relevant Work Experience:
8 years of relevant experience in HR domain (IT/ITES sector)
