Job Description
The role
As Field Events Specialist, you'll lead the end-to-end management and execution of our hosted and sponsored events, driving regional business growth.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our field events. You'll cultivate strong relationships with commercial team members and collaborate cross-functionally. Your responsibilities cover the entire event lifecycle:
How you'll make an impact
Pre-event:
Spearhead event vetting, venue or sponsorship sourcing, and contract negotiation for regional eventsChampion meticulous planning and management of events, optimizing processes for scalability and efficiencyEffectively manage budgets, ensuring timely tracking, reconciliation, and collaboration with procurement teamsAssist in building target audience profiles and execute targeted campaigns seamlessly.Develop program KPIs and create basic reports in Salesforce, demonstrating results against metricsCollaborate with cross-functional teams for event planning, briefings, meeting coordination, and designOnsite:Attend and run events, ensuring successful execution whether virtual or in-person.Track and manage the engagement of customers, leads, and partners onsite.Act as the main point of contact, coordinating the event participation of all speakers and internal attendees.Oversee events to troubleshoot and ensure a seamless experience Post-event:
Process leads, closely collaborating with the campaigns teamReport on ROI through meticulous data analysisCapture feedback and provide a comprehensive summary on program performance and key takeaways with recommendations Qualifications About you:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in payments, fintech, or related sectors, or within an event agency.In this hands-on and high-impact role, you're a self-starter, passionate about data, and proactive in pursuing new ideas.Excellent organizational and project management skills, juggling multiple projects effectively.Ability to build relationships with stakeholders of all levels to drive excellent collaboration.Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills with extreme attention to detail.Operational proficiency in event management software, marketing automation, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Zoom, or other).Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
