Job Summary
Responsible for providing administrative, organizational and audit support to the Audit and Adherence Pharma Programs team. Conducts regularly scheduled contract audits to ensure that Specialty remains compliant with Pharma contractual requirements. Assists in the distribution, reconciliation and audit preparation of all Pharma Program related training. Works as a SME understanding the relevance & importance of various trainings including operational training assignments that support contracted Pharma Programs. Ensures sites remain compliant by monitoring and tracking changes within the organization that directly impact target audiences. Ensures timely and accurate development and maintenance of pharma program training index and matrix and the timely review and submission of pharmacovigilance cases for the specialty division.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing, gathering and maintaining the Pharma Audit Team training matrix and index; this includes identifying team members due for specific trainings.With directions from leadership, conducts pre-audit/desk top audits to ensure all contractual requirements, including but not limited to, adverse event reporting, REMS requirements and Pharma Program SOPs are being followed.Responsible for daily, continuous monitoring of the Clinical Adverse Event Worklist.Responsible for working Adverse Event Review Assessments to determine reportability of drug safety cases and ensuring drug safety cases are created accurately and completely and transmitted successfully.Provides cross-functional audit team support related to daily audits of operating system outputs specific to drug safety.In partnership with Audit and Adherence team and other internal teams, ensures that all Pharma Program standard operating procedures (SOPs) are reviewed and updated on an annual basis, or as needed.Responds to inquiries from Operations staff, and acts as a resource for Adverse Event reporting Pharma Program SOPs.Distributes and maintains all training records for ARx manufacturer programs. This includes, but is not limited to: Pharma Program SOP training, adverse event training, clinical training, and correction and preventative action training.Other responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictate.About Walgreens and WBA

Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent GED; or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience2 years' work experience with healthcare or pharmacy setting with at least 1 year experience in quality assurance, audit, pharmacovigilance, or regulatory compliance fieldIntermediate level skills in Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent administrative and organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsWilling to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related area of study; or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experienceUnderstanding of contractual obligations to pharma partners around pharma trainings and/or pharmacovigilanceExperience creating statistical reportsMust be self-motivated and detail-orientedMust have the ability to think and act independently
Salary Range$16.5 - $22 / Hourly
