  What you will be doing

  PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS:

  Créer et maintenir les dossiers des patients dans le CRM en s'assurant que l'information documentée est exacte et mise à jour régulièrementExécuter des tâches administratives essentielles à la progression des patients à travers le ProgrammeAssurer l'intégrité des donnéesAgir en tant que liaison entre les autres membres de l'équipeS'occuper des télécopies (entrant/sortant) de manière appropriée et en temps opportunOrganiser l'horaire de travail pour compléter les heures de travail dans plusieurs fuseaux horairesÉtiqueter et joindre les documents au CRMCapacité à couvrir différents quarts de travailFonctions ad hoc telles qu'attribuées

  PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Create and maintain patient records in the CRM by ensuring information documented are accurate and updated regularlyExecute administrative tasks critical to the progression of patients through the ProgramEnsure data integrityAct as a liaise between other members of the teamHandling faxes (incoming/outgoing) accordingly and timelyOrganize work schedule to complement working hours in multiple time zonesLabeling and attaching documents to the CRMAbility to cover various shiftsAd hoc duties as assigned

  Excellentes compétences en informatiqueMinimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle administratif ou de saisie de données similaireExpérience avec le logiciel SalesForce (ou expérience avec un système de CRM) est un atoutExpérience avec le logiciel de télécopie (MyFax ou Right Fax) un atoutDiplôme d'études secondaires ou scolarité postsecondaire préféréFormation professionnelle technique ou combinaison équivalente d'expérience et de formation.2 ans d'expérience directement reliée.

  EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  Excellent computer skillsMinimum 2 years experience in a similar administrative or data entry roleExperience with the SalesForce software (or experience with a CRM system) an assetExperience with the faxing software (MyFax or Right Fax) an assetHigh School Diploma or Post Secondary schooling preferredTechnical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education2 years directly related experience

  MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  Knowledge of medical terminology an assetAbility to work autonomouslyAbility to provide assistance to team members during periods of increased workloadAbility to recognize and question abnormal data and escalate if need beAbility to foresee and adjust scheduling and adjust workloadStrong analytical skillsEffective interpersonal and leadership skillsEffective organizational skills; attention to detailAbility to consistently meet deadlines ;Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasksExcellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficientlyKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office ProgramsAbility to communicate effectively in English and French (oral and written) for the Quebec and New Brunswick provinces
