Job Description
As Project Manager, you'll make a real difference to the efficiency and profitability of the company by determining and managing the supply chain project plan of platforms, new products, associated introduction types (new builds, installs and upgrades), industrialization and phase-out strategies. Managing risks and requirements at product level across the full life cycle (feasibility, design, ramp, release-for-volume and phase down). Manage requirements at function development level. To achieve this, you will be using your unique mix of technical, creative and interpersonal skills and you'll guide and coordinate your team of up to 15 supply chain team members.
Main responsibilities
Represent all S&SC departments in a cross-sector Program organizationManage supply chain introduction of new Metrology and Inspection products from technical feasibility towards ramp and release-for-volumePlan & mobilize resources of the Sourcing & Procurement project teams to fulfill the plansManage sourcing and supply chain requirements & deliverables through key decision gates of ASML's Product Generation ProcessManage supply chain setup by driving the selection of suppliers to fulfill quality, logistics, technology and costs requirements in NPI and Volume phasesManage material availability balanced against customer service levels, inventory, quality, costs and risks: Identify bottle necks, prepare decisions and take actions towards engineering, suppliers, factories, field to manage the critical path both for time-to-market and rampDriving the issue resolution of associated complex parts per product team across involved internal departments, competence/category teams and supplier account teamsDrive Costs down with the Sourcing & Procurement teams to target levels
Education
MSc degree in (industrial) engineering or supply chain
Experience
• 5 - 10 yrs work experience, of which 2 - 5 yrs experience in new product introductions preferably in high-tech, low-volume environments.

commercial and operational supplier interactions; Strategic sourcing & procurement, supply chain phase-in and phase-out of new and changed products, integrated supply chain planning, customer supply chain management on spare parts and upgrades, logistics operations and spares
You will be working in the S&P Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) team. You report to a Program Manager S&P PLM . Your peers are other Sourcing & Procurement PMs and PLM managers. Togetheryouare responsible for introducing new or changed hardware in the supply chain. The starting point is a product definition, and the end goal is an industrialized supply chain. We consider supply chain industrialization as securing Material Availability at the right quality and cost, now and in the future.
