  Our Talent Acquisition teams are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support the continued growth and development of our U.S. markets. You will be responsible for partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our various business demands. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts D&I best practices, and partner closely with colleagues and key stakeholders through the hiring journey.

As a contract Technical Sourcer at TikTok, you will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support our hiring efforts as we grow our organization. You will also serve as an advocate for our company by providing high-quality and welcoming interview experiences to each candidate.

  Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the sourcing strategy for key technical talent at all levels

  2. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency

  3. Support various hiring projects, such as strategize sourcing talent pipeline (via LinkedIn, Facebook, and alternative search techniques)

  Qualifications

  1. Minimum 2-5 years of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment)

  2. Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks

  3. Great verbal and written communication skill, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to details)

  4. Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums

  Job Information

  [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (hourly)

  The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $28- $50.

  Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

  We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. As well as Dental, Vision, Short/Long term Disability, Basic Life, Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance plans. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.

  Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.

  We also provide generous benefits like mental and emotional health benefits through our EAP and Lyra. A 401K company match, gym and cellphone service reimbursements. The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
