Meta is looking for a Sourcer to join our recruiting team. In this role you will work closely with our Recruiters and hiring managers to develop strategies to find untapped candidates. Sourcers conceive practical and creative ways to surface leading talent, and we invest a lot of time activating passive candidates through a highly engaged and diversity driven approach. The ideal candidate will have proven experience sourcing, recruiting and partnering with business stakeholders to hire top talent for Meta. This will be a short-term in office position intended to last no longer than 12 months to provide support to Meta's existing Recruiting team.

　　Sourcer (Short-term position) Responsibilities:

　　Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organizationPartner with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operationStrategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaignsFind, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniquesScreen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualificationsRegularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholdersRecommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areasBuild and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences, and open source communities with recruiters and hiring managersInnovate and drive diversity sourcing strategies using various tools to help influence clientsUtilizes Data for reporting and influencing hiring decisions, while maintaining data integrityMinimum Qualifications:

　　5+ years of sourcing experience gained with a search firm or in-house recruiting teamExperience sourcing talent for the APAC marketExperience working with and building sourcing strategies with hiring managersExperience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniquesExperience screening resumes to match qualificationsExperience approaching passive candidatesSpecialized knowledge of core technologies, namely: LinkedIn Intelligence Search, Entelo Search, Github or WeChat Search.Preferred Qualifications:
