The Role: As a member of the Qualtrics Research Services Team, you will be responsible for learning about our partner network and finding the best partners for our academic, corporate, and enterprise clients. Additionally, you will be tasked with selecting the correct vendor for each project and assisting with pricing and strategy. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work well with multiple teams, including Sales, Research Delivery, and customers.

Coordinate with external market research partners to ensure the success of each research projectOversee the bidding process for 5-15 new projects dailyContinuously gain knowledge through market research courses and Qualtrics certification coursesCollaborate with Sales, Research Services, Engineering, and other teams to create compelling solutionsAssist in driving sales pipeline and achieving Research Services billing targetsArticulate the business value of solutions by understanding customer's business requirementsDrive operational efficiencies across the Research Services teamStay updated with market trends, target industry insights, competition, and industry regulatory/compliance requirementsMaintain expert knowledge of the Qualtrics Brand Experience, Core XM, and other productsTake ownership of opportunities, work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to ambiguity and last-minute changes
What We're Looking for on Your Resume:
Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)Detail-oriented mindsetAbility to work well with Sales, Research Delivery, and customersStrong affinity for market research, research design, solution selling, technology, and customer engagementExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate market research methodologies and technical concepts to customers1 - 2 years of experience in the SaaS or Market Research industry is preferred
