The Solution Delivery Consultant (SDC) engages with the sales team early in the process to define the solution that best fits the customer in the delivery of the IntelliSpace Portal (ISP) Enterprise Solution. The SDC will also serve as the NA principal point of contact for all enterprise system upgrades, installations, and escalations, as well as a higher-level technical advisor/resource for the ICAP technical team.
Your role:
Responsible for net new enterprise installations, upgrades, and escalations
Plays a key role in delivering post-sales solutions to improve high customer satisfaction of existing solution.
Serves as technical liaison to Business Unit on complex customer issues across the market.
Works with appropriate resources during the New Product Introduction process to evaluate tools being developed by the marketing team.
Works with NA sales leadership and Project Manager in the sales process to present technical details and craft SOW related to IntelliSpace Portal (ISP) Enterprise Solutions
Works with and interviews potential customers to perform in-depth analysis of customers’ requirements, current configurations, network topology, clinical workflow, interfaces, and existing image capture/display usage.
Works as a Solutions Architect to design the proper solution working with sales counterpart to develop, present sales solution, and provide technical support with configuration assistance during implementation of the agreed upon customer solution.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems. Other related field, or equivalent combination of academic and work experience.
5+ years of Radiology/Healthcare IT technical experience (PACS, RIS, AV)
Knowledge of network topology, network security (Firewalls, VPN, LAN, WAN, etc.)
Knowledge and experience working in a DICOM and HL7 environment as well as an understanding of DICOM and HL7 standards/conformance.
Knowledge of IntelliSpace Portal (ISP) both standalone and enterprise (Concerto)
Knowledge of and ability to create virtual machines and networks, hardware scalability, and high availability, disaster recovery models.
Certifications including MCSE, VCP, CCNA are preferred.
Ability to travel 50-75%

Philips Transparency Details
The base pay range for this position is $83,785 to $130,0. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
