Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience communicating technical concepts to various audiences. Preferred qualifications: Ability to influence people and drive significant changes within an organization by engaging with employees of all levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills.
Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities
Work closely and build relationships with the core engineering team, software engineering, product and program management, other search infrastructure, horizontal and product vertical teams. Manage features internationalization launches. Master the product/feature domain. Design and build the process (e.g., Recall sets, Grammar, Evaluate, Launch Process). Communicate upwards and downwards, develop and prepare project documentation, and build/modify processes. Use leadership and technical acumen to drive project delivery. Pilot and incubate new internationalization, and scaling projects. Work closely with the Vendor teams, delivering the majority of the projects, set goals/objectives and track deliverables. Initiate tools and processes to increase the impact and scalability of the Search Language Specialists (SLS) team.
