Summary:
The IAM Solution Architect is a senior-level technical role responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex IAM solutions for the organization and its customers. This includes working with business customers to understand their needs, designing and implementing IAM solutions to meet those needs, and supporting the deployment and operation of IAM solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and support complex IAM solutions to meet the organization's and its customers' business and security requirements.Develop and maintain IAM architecture diagrams and documentationEvaluate and select IAM technologies and productsImplement and manage IAM solutions, including authentication, authorization, provisioning, and identity governanceTroubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issuesCollaborate with other IT teams to ensure that IAM solutions are integrated with other enterprise systemsStay up-to-date on the latest IAM trends and technologiesLead and mentor junior IAM architectsWork with the sales team to develop and deliver pre-sales presentations and demos
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field12+ years of experience in IAM design and implementation, including minimum 4+ years in a pre-sales role.Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies, such as authentication, authorization, provisioning, and identity governanceMust have strong experience with IAM products and solutions, such as Microsoft Azure Active Directory, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, SaaS and Cloud IAM products and Ping Suite.
Desired Skills:
Experience with IAM standards, such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect, Additional experience with cloud-based IAM solutions, security risk assessment and mitigation, IAM governance and compliance, with pre-sales presentations and demos
Additional Notes:
This is a senior-level role, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IAM concepts and technologies, as well as experience in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IAM solutions. Experience in pre-sales, so they will be able to work with the sales team to develop and deliver presentations and demos that showcase the organization's IAM capabilities.
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployments.
