Thomson Reuters Court Management Solutions is the leading provider of enterprise software for trial and appellate courts nationwide. Our C-Track solutions enable courts to efficiently manage caseloads and improve collaboration across justice platforms and transform courts into modern examples of efficiency and effectiveness. Judges, clerks, and IT (Information Technology) personnel depend on C-Track to alleviate bottlenecks and tedious tasks within their complex workflows; enabling staff to manage increased caseloads with fewer resources. The suite of C-Track products includes case management, electronic filing, and document management solutions.
About the Role
In this opportunity as Solution Center and Pre Sales Director you will:
Provide specialist expert knowledge on highly-complex restructuring initiatives, divestment, and capital structure.Work with the business to validate/originate transaction pipelines/opportunities and provide input on value and governance issues that may influence decision making.Validate or develop the investment/divestment thesis, and ensure all acquisitions are aligned with the business strategy. Partner with business partners to build understanding of in-depth business/operational knowledge.Ensure that transactions have Divisional and Executive support to minimize governance risks, particularly Thomson Reuters Trust Principles, through adherence to the corporate approvals process, (SOX).Ability to lead large groups of cross-functional teams (internal and external) under tight timeframes to thoroughly analyze the merits of a transaction.Ability to work with business groups and/or external advisors to optimize the structure of transactions to the Group i.e. tax implications, management incentives etc.Strong negotiation skills.Understand key drivers of divisional and shareholder value.Nurture a culture which fosters creativity innovation and a self motivated team to drive business forward.Leads transactions through governance process. Partner with Executive Leadership team and Investment Committee.Responsible for leadership of team members: Sets goals and direction for area of responsibility.Responsible for effective performance management and development of employees; Attracts, identifies and grows talent within organization by motivating and providing development and growth opportunities.Optimizes leadership and team talent through coaching and mentoring.Evaluates and manages highly complex new business opportunities, initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures.Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs.Provides leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives.Build and manage team of BD professionals including reviewing work activities.

Background experience in direct sales and account management in executive positionBackground experience in tax management projects and Software Management of a multidisciplinary team: pre-sales, interface with partners (management of the business model) Fluent EnglishDegree in Accountant, Technology, Law and othersStrong track record of recruiting, developing and retaining a high performing sale organizationProven track record of building satisfied, loyal, and referenceable customers.Preferred experience in managing a range of teams with technical, product and customer market operation expertise.Having worked in the tax area or in the commercial area of fiscal solutions companies Experience in project management, planning of ERP/systems implementation projectsDesirable: Price management / price formatting
