Responsible for leading the technical design, implementation, and maintenance/management of the optimized IT infrastructure of an Intelligence Community client. This IT architecture supports various identity, access, and cybersecurity services including but not limited to: cyber data, identity and entitlement services, credential management service, access control service, entity attribute service, cross domain services, enterprise IT audit services, cybersecurity protection and detection services, and cybersecurity operations. Will effectively plan and lead data conversion approaches, implementation of new cloud systems, and integrations (such as microservices and APIs). Will work collaboratively with development teams and software vendors to build out requirements. This role will be deeply involved in daily work across all business units, regularly interacting with both stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs).

Develop an understanding of existing IT infrastructure while actively searching for improvement areas
Streamline workflows by implementing inventive technical solutions
Engage with stakeholders, updating them on IT development processes and costs

Responsibilities:
Design and test technical architecture
Connect with SMEs to identify problem areas
Propose IT solutions to company challenges
Develop and review code
Ensure comprehensive IT documentation
Partner with teams across business functions to drive organizational efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a related technical field (STEM)
At least 5 years of recent (within 3 years) and relevant experience (must be with IT Services and Service Oriented architecture/infrastructure within a large and complex environment providing identity, access, and cybersecurity services)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
