Salesforce Inc. seeks Solution Architect in Dallas, TX:
Job Duties: Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations. Solve business and technology challenges related to improving customers and employee experience. Leverage Salesforce technology and platform to help clients transform their sales, service, and marketing capabilities business and technology challenges related to improving customer and employee experience. Serve as a Trusted Advisor, drive conversations with our customer's Enterprise Architects and Business Stakeholders armed with best practices for enterprise architecture functions such as Security, Performance, Requirements Analysis, and Application Governance. Design and develop functional solution architecture, application, and integration development best practices, enterprise architecture standards, DevOps Strategy & implementation, environment management, testing, and Force.com Platform education. Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling technologies including the Salesforce Platform. Contribute to the growth of the Services practice by identifying and leading internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or two (2) years of experience in the job offered OR Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or five (5) years of experience in the job offered.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, CPQ and Experience Cloud; (2) HTML5 and CSS; (3) JavaScript; (4) jQuery; (5) NodeJS; (6) Bootstrap; (7) Python; (8) C and C++; (9) REST and SOAP APIs; (10) Agile development methodology; (11) SQL; and (12) MongoDB. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
