Solution Architects at EPAM analyze the client’s business goals for the new product and studies the requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Work in stand-alone mode on technical pre-sale activity
Identify gaps in delivery capabilities and proposes solutions to overcome them
Conduct meetings and interviews with the clients to clarify requirements and prepare the technical part of the proposal
Provide guidance on the architecture to the project team as a trainer
Find and evaluate emerging technologies
Proactively analyze and measures current processes and practices and suggest/drive improvements to time to market/quality/cost
WHAT YOU HAVE
Have Enterprise Architecture theoretical knowledge
Can process, absorb, retain, and reuse knowledge for several popular business domains
Can create white papers and blueprints, commercial proposals
Can lead the meeting of engineers, meeting with customer representatives, and architecture direction
Native-Japanese communication (reading/writing/speaking), Business level English
