Job Description
Insight Global's international medical device client is searching for a Solution Adoption Development Lead to join their team.
Responsibilities will include:
* Business Adoption & Training project plan, status updates, and leads team meetings/ cadence
* Development and implementation of a comprehensive organizational change management / business adoption program
* Accountable for execution of stakeholder, business, and organizational readiness plans
* Accountable for the training plan, all training deliverables, and successful training execution
* Accountable for development of super user networks to enable front line support for system deployments
* Provides input and analysis for project resources to support business adoption activities
* Owns issue & risk resolution
Deliverables will include:
* Business Readiness: Understand business/site readiness requirements to enable Demand Segmentation & Stat Scaling in each Region-Business.
* Stakeholder Readiness: Identify stakeholders, define and execute stakeholder management activities, plan and execute communications, measure change readiness, understand the organizational impact
* Change Impacts: Coordinate the identification, analysis, and mitigation of all critical change impacts
* Content Development: Create process training materials to support Regional Demand Planners and Forecasting Partners in understanding how to adopt statistical forecasting into their overall forecasting process.
* Training and People Enablement: Develop strategy and plan, and ensure successful delivery of end user training at the regional -- business level. Measure end user readiness.
Skills and Requirements
* Functional knowledge of/and experience in systems within Supply Chain -- preferably in Demand Planning
* 5+ years of experience leading business adoption / organizational change management for system/technology implementations
* Experience developing stakeholder, business, and organizational readiness plans
* Capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels including executives
* Leadership, delegation, and influencing skills and experience
* Ability to build strong collaborative partnerships across teams and with customer groups including conflict resolution and facilitation skills * Advanced Planning Systems (OMP)
* Medical device/vision care education/experience
* Supply Chain Certifications (APICS/IBF)
* PMP certification null
