The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking a Software/Hardware Integration Engineer (Associate, Mid-Level or Senior) to join the Maritime Undersea team located in Huntington Beach, CA.

Position Responsibilities Include:
Lead Hardware Software Integration and Testing in a System Integration Lab (SIL) to identify and support resolution of cross-functional technical issues.
Responsible for leading HW/SW integration to support SW qualification testing, along with other Systems Engineering responsibilities including configuration management, and requirements verification and validation.
Interface with cross functional team to design and build system integration lab capabilities.
Support procurement process, integration, and test.
Review test procedures.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location ( Huntington Beach, CA).
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor or Master of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
Strong Systems Engineering, project Management, and technical skills.
2+ Years of Experience in Engineering
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Direct Experience with Hardware-Software integration in a lab.
Experience with agile SW development (JIRA or similar) a plus.
3 or more years' related engineering work experience or an equivalent combination of education and engineering experience.
Typical Education/Experience:
Associate: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Mid-Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Senior: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Associate: $87,550 – $118,450
Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $104,550 – $141,450
Summary pay range for Senior: 128,350 – 173,650
Referrals to this job are eligible for a monetary employee bonus.
