Job Description
An opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on driving engagement with the software developer audience supporting Intel's exciting new AI initiative focused on GenAI. Gain exposure and experience to several key facets of the software ecosystem including driving developer engagement and interactions, supporting training, outreach and communications with targeted audiences driving the adoption of key Intel initiatives and programs.
In this role responsibilities include, although not limited to:
Work with developers, agencies, internal business partners to develop and deploy strategies that drive engagement tactics and support our overall software business.
Lead key projects to grow our impact in the ecosystem and expand the adoption of AI and oneAPI.
Support launch and execution of global developer competitions including strategy, audience targeting, and execution working with an external agency.
Drive a new hybrid hands-on workshop model working with our AI Community Team and Training Team to educate developers and get them working with new Intel platforms in a virtual environment.
Manage a weekly hot technical content awareness and syndication program, establishing and managing a content roadmap and editorial calendar for showcased content and coordinating distribution across channels internal and external to drive weekly dev engagements.
Execute new, incremental GenAI webinar series for AI PC and Gaudi.
Actively manage social media channels to drive more frequent dev interactions and engagement while coordinating GenAI and AIPC content across groups to increase synergy.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Project Management, Business or related field and 3+ years of experience -OR- a master’s degree in computer science, Project Management, or related field and 2+ years of experience -OR- PhD in computer science, Project Management, Business and:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, nurturing, and email campaigns.
2+ years managing multi-sized projects.
1+ years of experience with Eloqua.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with software developer audiences.
Experience in Marketing, developer engagement or business development.
Experience in project management.
1+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing .
Experience working in a large, matrixed organization with a variety of stakeholders and collaborators.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $91,500.00-$137,436.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
