We're a strong, vibrant, and agile global team who is responsible for developing a variety of comprehensive HW and SW solutions for products desired by our customers and markets.In the role of a Software System Architect for Automotive Programs, you will be defining end-to-end architecture solutions encompassing cutting edge technologies from end devices, to edge server and cloud, leveraging the Intel portfolio. You need to have hands-on development experience to be able to work directly on Proof-Of-Concepts and Technology Readiness activities together with the ability to provide guidance to developers involved on the same activities. You will have the opportunity to work with various teams inside Intel Automotive and across Intel to shape the future of Mobility
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:- Proven experience in defining software architectures comprising open-source and proprietary software components and technologies- Software development experience with C/C++- Knowledge about AI techniques- Knowledge about Cloud services - 5+ years of experience in software development in Linux environments- 3+ years of experience in Software Architecture- M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field of study- Proven leadership, team building, excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:- Experience with architecture modeling (e.g. UML or SysML with Rhapsody or Enterprise Architect or Promark ) and producing software architecture specifications- Experience with Android- Experience with Hypervisor based architecture- Experience with container management and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes K8s, K3s) for software application lifecycle management- Cloud native SW application development (e.g. AWS, Azure)- Experience with Computer Vision frameworks (e.g. OpenCV)- Experience with Machine Learning frameworks (e.g. OpenVino, Tensorflow, Scikit-Learn)- Development experience / skills in Rust, Python - Experience with software product life cycle, and agile methodologies- Ability to work with distributed teams, in different time zones- Good English skill in speaking and writingRequirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
