Targeting drives end to end ownership of Targeting products from Ads manager product surfaces, to deep delivery ML & Infra implementations. Much of Meta's revenue flows through Targeting products and the team is highly leveraged and generates significant revenue gains for the company top line. The team has a 3-year strategy aligned with Ads Leads focused on evolving our BAU experience as we automate more products with AI, and using advertiser 1st party data to help them better reach their key customers
