About Software Engineering Manager

  As the Software Engineering Manager at Paymerang, you will be responsible for guiding and supervising a team of technical professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. You will utilize your strong technical expertise and leadership abilities to drive the team's performance, enhance productivity, and achieve business objectives.

  Responsibilities:

  Team Leadership: Lead the work of a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive their professional growth and development.

  Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

  Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed within established timelines

  Demonstrate deep technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies and domains.

  Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and technical solutions to team members when needed.

  Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain technical excellence

  Assess project requirements, allocate resources effectively, and optimize team performance.

  Monitor workloads and assignments, ensuring tasks are distributed appropriately based on individual strengths and project needs. Identify and address any resource constraints or bottlenecks to ensure smooth project execution.

  Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments

  Facilitate regular team meetings, provide status updates, and ensure effective information sharing

  Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships

  Ensure that deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with defined project requirements.

  Implement quality assurance processes and best practices to minimize errors, improve efficiency, and maximize client satisfaction.

  Requirements

  Strong technical background with expertise in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.

  Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

  Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members, foster collaboration, and drive results.

  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and make informed judgments.

  Proven experience in project management.

  Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
