　　Responsibility:

　　• Ability to work with large data sets and present findings to key stakeholders.

　　• Data management using R/Python/Spark

　　• Individual and team contributor role in working through project phases:

　　o Determine data requirements to create a model and understand a business problem

　　o Data cleaning, aggregation, analysis, interpretation and quality analysis

　　o Preparing data for predictive/predictive analysis

　　o Develop machine learning models or standard statistical/economic models

　　o Translate model results into business insights. Create a presentation to show these ideas.

　　• Collaborate closely with other team members, understand dependencies and be agile in adapting according to project requirements

　　• Support for the development and maintenance of proprietary marketing techniques and other knowledge development projects

　　• Research advanced and better ways to solve problems than they are normally done and instill new learning in the team

　　• Uses a set of tasks and techniques to work as a liaison among and elicit the needs of stakeholders to define and validate solutions that meet business needs, goals, or objectives. Analyzes and synthesizes information elicited from stakeholders, defines, and manages the plan to deliver requirements, documents and manages requirements throughout the project life cycle.

　　• Regularly assemble data from various disparate sources (from multiple analytics suits, platforms, portals, etc.) into consolidated reports and dashboards.

　　• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and produce actionable business insights out of it.

　　• Model data in order to create reporting infrastructure / dashboards with visualization for business process management and data mining and spend their time transforming, testing, deploying, and documenting data.

　　• Design Summary, Detail and Dashboard reports and management summaries which present data findings in a professional, concise and readable format appropriate for content and audience.

　　• Ability to effectively troubleshoot data inaccuracies, identify root causes, and take corrective action

　　Desired Candidate Profile

　　EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE

　　Bachelor or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related technical discipline

　　QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

　　3-5 years of work experience in developing and deploying analytical solutions

　　• Understanding of econometric/statistical modeling and analysis techniques such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis, time series techniques, optimization techniques, and statistical packages such as R, Python, Spark etc.

　　• Experience on working with visualization tools as Tableau, Spotfire etc.

　　• Proficient in Excel, MS word, PowerPoint, etc.

　　• Strong communication, storyboarding and presentation skills is must

　　• Working knowledge in Machine Learning algorithms like Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, Neural Network is add-on

　　• Hands-on experience in configuring, designing, building visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and other BI tools (Tableau Prep, Tableau Dashboard, Tableau Server, Business Objects, Power BI, etc.)

　　• Good exposure to Denodo, Sales force, SAP, MS Excel, and MS project equivalent software's to ensure usage of these ERPs as data sources.

　　• Strong problem-solving capabilities. Results oriented. Relies on fact-based logic for decision making based on business acumen.

　　• Model data to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for business process management and data mining.

　　• Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills to meet a critical deadline

　　• Self-motivated, ability to prioritize work and multi-task across many assignments in a fast-paced work environment
