Conversational Engineering develops next generation AI and NLP solutions to support Apple Customers. Our mission is to maintain a comprehensive and effective support, sales & payment experience for customers around the globe. Our conversational intelligence platform is growing rapidly to support new channels and regions! We are looking for someone who can help lead the platform going forward. You'll be working hands-on with modern web frameworks and operational tools to support the product in all environments. You'll be helping to participate in code reviews, and providing guidance and leadership to other engineers on the team!

Expertise with web UI basics (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST services) Experience with front-end web frameworks (Vue, React, or Angular) Experience with back-end technologies (node.js) Experience implementing continuous integration, code reviews, guiding team members to a solution, software delivery processes Experience developing and operating services and infrastructure in public cloud environments (AWS) Expertise with NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent Engineering degree Certifications in Full-stack Web Development or related fields 5+ years of experience of working on web platforms that contribute to real business problems
