　　Adobe is seeking a talented and passionate Senior Software Engineer to join our 3D and Immersive organization to help plan, design, develop, and test software to help our customers get the most out of 3D content in their ecommerce, web, and augmented reality needs.

　　We are looking for a skilled software engineer with a deep experience in building real-time 3D content pipelines to help build, integrate, debug, and add features to a cloud-based 3D asset preparation system.

　　What You'll Do

　　Help build, maintain, and improve an automated 3D asset pipeline that ingests user-generated content and outputs high-quality optimized models designed for efficient delivery and rendering over the web, mobile, and AR platformsParticipate in all aspects of software development activities, including design, coding, code review, testing, bug fixing, and code/API documentationHelp design and architect modular solutions that can be adapted for multiple applicationsMentor junior engineersWork both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced development team, with clear, positive, and constructive communicationWhat You Need to Succeed

　　A Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineer, or related field and 10+ years of experience developing 3D softwareStrong technical background with analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working in dynamic and complex 3D asset pipelinesA strong understanding of the structure of GLTF and USD formats, texture and material models, and the latest advances in efficient transport of 3D dataProficiency with Python and modern C++ (TypeScript, WebGL, and/or ReactJS experience would be a plus)Some experience with BabylonJS, Three.js, or similar platformsResults-oriented, with ability and interest in learning new technologies and adapting quickly to new requirements and environmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; can effectively articulate complex ideas and influence others through well-reasoned explanations

　　Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $154,000 -- $278,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

　　At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

　　In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
