Your Responsibilities

　　Implement and enlarge the company Software Asset Management strategy.Implementation of technical solution within Flexera tool.Manage the reporting of compliance and installation reports in cooperation with our managed SAM provider.Ensure the data exchange between the SAM system and the ITSM platform to perform data enrichment and reporting in both areas.Managing the collection and upload of Prove of Entitlements our Software Asset Management system.Implementing and enforcing HITCO2 controls (Hitachi IT control framework).Close collaboration with our Software Asset Management managed service provider.Interaction with Global IT Domain Leads, Global IS Sourcing, Regional IT teams, Application Managers and Business Stakeholders.Cooperation with various other global IT initiatives.Make key decisions on capacity modeling and forecasts.Senior Management compliance reporting.

　　Your Background

　　Experience in software asset management, working as contract manager or license manager with international company.Expert knowledge in software licensing and contract management.Sound knowledge of software lifecycle management and IT project management.Experience in working with cross-functional, virtual, and international teams and manage multiple demands on time and with provided resources.Minimum 2 years' experience with Software Asset Management platforms such as FLEXERA and others.A collaborative, solutions- and customer-service-oriented approach, and strong communication skills.Fluency in spoken and written English.Good knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow), MS Office Products, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma.
