• Manages a team of software application development engineers, business system analysts and is responsible for the development and validation of software applications. • Oversees software development across its lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, developing, debugging, validating, optimization, customer engagement, and/or product support. • Required to provide technical guidance and ensure that sound engineering practices are followed. • Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results. • Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.• Identifying detailed planning solutions to address business gaps through new ideas.• Leveraging industry-standard processes and system capabilities across different business units where applicable and providing differentiating capabilities where needed. • Leading complex, long-term initiatives from initiation to completion. • Guiding and facilitating the implementation of process improvements and transformations.• Developing partnerships with business and other IT stakeholders to increase effectiveness of our planning systems.Estimating schedules and timelines for major projects and drive team to on-time completion.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: • • The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 9 years of experience -OR- a Master's Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 6 years of experience -OR- a PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 4 years of experience in:Order Promising implementation, Supply chain planning and/or factory planning solutions with i2/JDA/Blue Yonder (BY)End-to-end implementation experience in SCM/ERP solutions • Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in S4 HANA/Reporting Tools preferable • Experience in the semiconductor/manufacturing industry preferable •

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
