About the role:
Simplic (Enova’s Brazilian brand) provides online lending for personal loans, giving customers innovative, flexible, and convenient access to credit. This person will support our customer satisfaction and operations efficiency, support our customer success team, take care of out-of-happy-path issues, reports, and improve current processes. In this role you will:
Monitor day-to-day customer service KPIs Propose and implement operational and strategic improvements to our servicing Monitor and create efficiency reports on service channels and present results to team members Monitor customer success metrics (NPS, CSAT) and propose improvements based on findings Solve out-of-happy-path issues faced by customers
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent. Strong proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English and Portuguese. Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel A demonstrated self-starter and problem solver - You’ll be successful in this role if you can think critically and dig deeper to improve processes and campaign performance Have strong analytical skills - you’re able to manipulate and analyze data in order to identify trends, solve problems, and make informed recommendations. Are creative and think outside the box - The only constant in our industry is change. You love to brainstorm, generate new ideas, and bring creative, innovative solutions to the challenges our customers face every day. Things we like, but don't require:
Some experience, such as internship, is desirable. Previous contact with a digital business and/or financial services is a strong plus SQL (basic knowledge or willing to learn) #BI-Hybrid #LI-Hybrid
