Schedule : Monday - Friday 11:30pm - 7:00am
Term: Temp to perm

What’s a typical day as an SMT Operator? You’ll be:
• Setting up, operating, and maintaining screen printers, glue machines, reflow ovens, SMT placement machines, stencil cleaners, conveyors, and other equipment used in the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards.
• Interfacing with complex machine hardware and software.
• Identifying and reporting defective components.
• Inspecting your own work to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Ensuring that the product meets established workmanship standards.
• Following written and verbal instructions and maintaining data logs.
• Maintaining a clean work area and surrounding workspace.
• Participating in quality teams as required.
• Training other employees as needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Have 1+ years of experience in SMT equipment operation (preferred).
• Are IPC-A-610 Certified (preferred).
• Have ESD Training.
• Have knowledge of component identification and nomenclature.
• Have knowledge of component handling, including ESD requirements.
• Have basic computer skills, problem-solving, and workstation skills.
• Have good organizational skills.
• Are capable of performing job functions utilizing written procedures, verbal instructions, and visual aids.
• Can work and communicate effectively in a team environment.
• Can prioritize and organize workload to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
• Have knowledge of ISO9001 and IPC-610 requirements.
• Are willing to work flexible hours as necessary, including weekends.
• Are a US Person as defined in 22 CRF Part 120.15 (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees and those given asylum in the United States, and temporary residents granted amnesty since work includes ITAR controlled technical data).
