Job Description:
The SMG APJ Regional Leader will be responsible for driving the business from a strategic, financial, commercial, and operational perspective and act as the spokesperson for the regions in APJ. This leader will also be accountable for defining and implementing the strategy, go-to-market and organizational structure as Intel continues to diversify and innovate its offerings. This leader will be foundational in developing the strategy and approach across Sales and this leader will be responsible for the co-creation of Marketing, Communication, and Foundry for the regions in APJ. A senior, influential, impactful voice is critical across government relationships to balance the various trade-offs across the continent. This leader is expected to build and grow healthy teams through talent management, diversity and inclusion, coaching, and career development. With their teams, the leader will be responsible to inspire and foster a culture of customer-centricity and consumption, adoption and use through collaboration with peers and extended teams.
Responsibilities:
Exemplify strong people leadership and manage large multi-functional and multi-geo teams.
Strong driver of Intel culture internally, advancing diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion across the Intel workforce.
Externally represent Intel’s leadership messages, lead spokesperson across Media, Press and Analyst relations for the APJ region.
Lead Intel’s 2030 RISE strategy and corporate responsibility goals for the next decade to accelerate the integration of responsible, inclusive, and sustainable practices.
Influential and impactful voice across government relationships, working hand in hand with Intel’s Policy & Growth Acceleration leadership team.
Provide direction for achieving revenue targets for the region and identifying future growth business opportunities across cloud, connectivity, AI, Intelligent Edge and high value solutions.
Develop overall strategy, direction, and vision for APJ, providing critical regional perspective, aligning to Intel’s goals.
Collaborate and execute on a strategic vision, with Intel’s Executive leadership team across multiple functions (Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Operations, Foundry, Business Units)
Manage executive level relationships across Intel’s extensive customer base, inclusive of consumption, billings, partner, channel, fellow travelers etc.
Accelerate change across the industry working with eco-system partners to bring Intel products and solutions to launch, readiness, and execution.
Qualifications
15+ years of experience of general management/ commercial leadership experience in complex technology solutions.
Exemplify agile leadership in a high paced environment experience.
Experienced international leader of people, able to inspire and build followship. History of developing others, recruiting top talent, and getting them to collaborate as a high-functioning team.
Role model exceptional interpersonal skills display cultural sensitivity and work as a team player. Model Intel values, culture, and leadership practices to grow pipeline of managers and leaders.
Experience in leading go-to-market strategy with a diversified portfolio.
Experience in engaging and negotiated important business topics with governmental institutions.
Extraordinary teamwork and collaboration with a strong customer-first mindset.
Strategic thinker with a proven track record of industry thought leadership and demonstrated business results.
Strong communication and influencing skills including experience presenting to executives, customers and technical audiences.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
