Key Responsibilities
Strategy design for client reference data management for onboarding and further maintenance of clients entity related information.Experience with NAICS SIC codes maintenance and monitoring.Deliver training and coaching to the team.Ability to design a team required for the execution.
Required Skills
Bachelor's and or Master's degree in a business quantitative field such as statistics mathematics or computer science.10 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence in onboarding related processes.Experience with data visualization tools.Experience with change the bank initiatives for the KYC onboarding area related to client reference data.Entity resolution and management understanding of products, such as Quantexa would be an asset. Wholesale banking and payments area related knowledge is must.Hands on experience with writing business requirements and implementing the programs.Experience with bank ops onboarding processes.Understanding of bank's wholesale banking corporate clients onboarding processes.Experience in the payments area.Good understanding and experience with business intelligence tools analyzing business insights and data visualization, Entity management and resolution.Understanding of regulatory guidance requirements for onboarding KYC Approach for client excellency through a strong delivery and product innovation by providing right solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills
Onboarding KYC and overall financial crime space.Design and execution of client reference data and business intelligence programs in the onboarding and KYC area.This role is a client delivery and practice development by supporting our senior management for solutions development participating in client meetings proposal training team and contributing to the overall growth.
