The SMB Regional Marketing Team's purpose is to make TikTok the most relevant growth platform for small and medium sized businesses, providing education, guidance and showcasing success. As part of the Global SMB Team, the Regional Business Marketing Team works in close collaboration with the Sales and Product teams, becoming the champions of SMB audiences, continually optimizing performance driven messaging strategies and customer journeys. We are creative entrepreneurs at heart, ready to dig in and capitalize on the potential and opportunities of the platform and its creative community.

The ideal candidate is a skilled marketer and a creative thinker but is first and foremost a visionary strategist. Candidates should have prior experience designing and executing multi-channel customer experiences and managing ecosystem strategies and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (SMB Sales, Product and Global marketing) to acquire qualified leads through our internal ecosystem, products and initiatives
- Collaborate with various regional and global stakeholders, conduct external research and evaluate competitor approaches to channels and ecosystems to inform messaging priorities and to craft effective ecosystem strategies and tactics
- Partner with regional SMB stakeholders to communicate internal ecosystem plans and performance and to amplify ecosystem opportunities through regional marketing activations
- Work closely with internal and external partners to establish content and channel practices and guidelines for regional activations
- Oversee the implementation of new infrastructure (i.e. social channels) independently and via the management of third party vendors / agencies
- Report on ecosystem / channel strategy success, opportunities and refinements
Qualifications
- Extensive proven experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy, content strategy, working within a creative agency or in a strategy role within a technology company
- Deep understanding of Small & Medium Businesses
- Experience managing digital & social channels and/or deeply working technology company's ecosystem for lead generating opportunities
- Experience designing, executing, analyzing and optimising content strategies for optimal performance
- Expert written and verbal communicator, with excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate abstract concepts and
- Project management experience and ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder partnerships or projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Solution-oriented self-starter, fast learner with high attention to detail and with strong critical thinking skills
- Strong independent contributor and proactive and effective collaborator within team, across departments and regions
