We are hiring a Small Group Employment Coordinator to coordinate services for individuals participating in our Small Group Employment services. This position will cultivate and maintain a work atmosphere at several offsite locations that is motivating, challenging, and value-based to assure achievement of the agency mission.

Provide case management to participants of Small Group Employment Opportunities including facilitating team meetings, completing required reports, and completing weekly billing. Ensure funding authorizations and Individual Service Plans are accurate and being delivered as directed, all authorized services are being delivered and billed to maximize authorized units. Monitor the accuracy of agency database contacts and documentation for records. Complete job analysis as needed to develop and implement effective training plans for participants.Assist participants in maintaining jobs as desired by recognizing and addressing potential challenges. Act as a liaison with internal and external customers such as: employer sites, individuals, families, team members, county officials and other service providers Work in conjunction with Community Connections and Pre-Vocational Program Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field is required. ACRE or CESP certification is required. OSHA training certification is required. State and federal level clearances are required. Must have personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and appropriate vehicle insurance.Traveling in the community is required.We invest in our team through training, career development and educational assistance.
