THE ROLE
As we know, skincare is one of Coty's six strategic priorities. With that in mind, we are mobilizing the IBERIA to win in this category and have created a senior position. The Director Skincare will be accountable for the full-channel performance and P&L of the skincare business within IBERIA. This role will be responsible for all skincare brands and Kylie and Kim. You will be responsible for the skincare category strategy and value proposition. You will lead the cross functional skincare team to develop and deliver a compelling strategic vision and winning commercial and marketing plans.
This strategic role will report to IBERIA Managing Director and will also work closely with Sales Directors to ensure successful expansion of skincare within the IBERIA. There will be close working relationship with the global skincare EVP and the global skincare teams. You should be able to navigate company hierarchy with ease. It is a high exposure role, that will naturally be very demanding and require you to juggle competing priorities.
Given the high profile of the role, you will be required to network with senior members and behave in a professional manner, ensuring your conduct is exemplary on all occasions. It is expected you a natural business leader. Driving business change and tangible improvements through visionary leadership and cross functional people development.
MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Complete responsibility for the success of the skincare category within IBERIA, including day-to-day P&L performance, product management. You must be extremely comfortable with the mechanics of the P & L - building it, reporting on it and communicating it.
• Lead the brand management for all skincare brands, Kylie, and Kim - representing Coty skincare brands in the market and identifying growth opportunities.
• Work in unison with local and global teams to prioritize and deliver revenue growth and margin expansion.
• Drive the full Product lifecycle management (product pipeline & roadmap, new product line additions and launches, current product line rationalization);
• Inputs insight of local consumers, customers, and competitors to adapt the global license guidelines & policy, while also advocating local initiatives.
• Provide timely and insightful business analysis and reports to adapt strategy and action plans.
• Ability to build strong teams and support them to deliver results.

Significant experience across Commercial functions, with a clear and demonstrable legacy of achievement, delivery:
• A passion for skincare, and ideally experience of senior commercial positions in skincare
• Significant experience in Marketing/Sales with excellent track record in luxury or beauty industries.
• Proven experience in developing high performance teams.
• Demonstrates a mastery of brand management/marketing in a retail environment.
• A self-starter. Identify insights, convert into opportunities, and leads across functions and levels. Work with and through others to deliver excellent results. Demonstrate positive impatience to make change, not wait for direction.
• Ability to work in a complex and fast-moving business, making fast decisions while ensuring alignment with the SVP and EC in a timely way.
• Excellent time management skills. Ability to effectively drive priorities in a team and work under pressure.
