Job Description
Plans and ensures delivery of employee services such as transportation, cafeteria, and Intel events, and/or building services for sites. Provides project management services around site services including planning and monitoring execution. This may include gathering requirements, conducting assessments, and defining milestones, timelines, deliverables and quality standards. Develops and executes change management strategies for services delivery and operational activities, including launching and integrating new or modified benefits plans, processes and vendors. Manages relevant contracts and suppliers to deliver high quality employee services within a site or subregion. Participates in quality audits to ensure contractual needs are met and ensure consistency with Global Services programs standards. Partners with procurement organization to manage key performance indicators and supplier scorecard metrics. Coordinates effective responses and represents Intel management position to avoid service interruptions and resolves service quality escalations. Manages capital equipment/space renovation roadmaps per specific service type. Acts as subject matter expert for green field, mergers, acquisitions per service scope area. Manages compliance of service program in all area including response to any governmental agencies audits. Oversees campus / building maintenance services comprising areas such as roofs, walls, landscape, hardscape, pavements, faade cleaning, pest control. Oversees all site building structural maintenance and upkeep programs and initiatives through Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) supplier. Performs regular audits based on global services standards.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: General Field of studies CSA (Civil Structural and Architectural), Communication or Hospitality Management (Hotel management).Skills requirements - Strong English command, Adobe Illustrator, Civil structural and Architectural background will be a plus.Nice to have skills - PowerPoint, Light room and Photo-Shop Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree/Master in Communication/Marketing/CSA. (Proficient in English Linguistics or Business communication).Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
