　　Overview

　　We are seeking a talented and experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong background in Apple Mac engineering and deployment. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our Apple Mac infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain systems that enable seamless deployment and management of Apple Mac devices across our organization.

　　What You'll Do

　　Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Apple Mac engineering and deployment solutions, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience

　　Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate Mac-specific requirements into software development and deployment pipelines

　　Develop and maintain tools for automating provisioning, configuration, and management of Apple Mac devices at scale

　　Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Mac hardware, software, and networking, applying a systematic problem-solving approach

　　Monitor system performance, conduct performance tuning, and implement proactive measures to ensure optimal uptime and responsiveness

　　Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency, as well as stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to Apple Mac engineering, deployment, and SRE methodologies

　　Skills You'll Need

　　Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer with a focus on Apple Mac engineering and deployment

　　Strong expertise in macOS and Apple ecosystem, including device management tools (e.g., Jamf), package management, and security practices

　　Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Swift

　　Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet, Ansible) and version control systems (e.g., Git)

　　Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

　　Skills That Will Help You Excel

　　Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant experience will be considered

　　Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to preventing and resolving technical challenges

　　Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

　　DevOps/ITIL/Agile experience a plus

　　Expectations

　　It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

　　The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $78,000 to $110,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
