The Customer Service Platform (CSP) is a team that integrate the product technology resources of the company's internal customer service system. Our mission is to provide users with efficient self-service solutions and provide agents with convenient tools so as to improve customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of infrastructure and service high availability for global customer service of TikTok e-commerce.
- Engage in global production systems management such as monitoring, emergency response, capacity planning and optimization.
- Engage in full post-development service lifecycle, from joint-debugging, QA, to deployment, online operation, and upgrade.
- Build tools, automation, visualisations, and monitors to facilitate the operation and optimization of the global infrastructure.
- Take charge of SRE support workflow and continuously improve them for more efficient and effective OnCall.
- Scale up systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation, and initiate changes that improve system reliability and processing speed.
- Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialised utility programs.
- Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
- Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.
- 5+ years experience in SRE or DevOps domain.
- Proficient in analyzing, troubleshooting, deploying, maintaining or improving distributed/large-scale systems.
- Proficient in building tools, automated processes, monitoring and alerts to ensure high availability of large distributed system.
- Good hands-on with one or more programming languages, such as Go/Java/Js/Python/C etc.
- Good analyzation skills, attention to detail, able to work under pressure.
- Solid documentation skills and habits, able to write and update workflow and technical documentation as required on time.
- Showcase ability to solve problems systematically, great communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.

- Agile, quick self learner, highly self-motivated with strong sense of product ownership and creative problem solver.
- Deeply passionate about scripting/coding to enable continuous issue discovery and recovery.
- Ability to perform independent research to solve complex technical problems.
- Good collaborator and team player, comfortable working in a fast moving, culturally diverse and globally distributed team environment.
